Who Can Order

You must be 18 years or older and located in the United States to purchase from PureFelis. PureFelis ships to US addresses only.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount including any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Shipping

We ship to US addresses only. Shipping is free on all orders. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

Refunds — The Keep It Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason within 30 days of delivery, email us at support@purefelis.com. We will refund your full purchase price within 2 business days of your request. You keep the product. No return required. No exclusions. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.
